MivoLens Privacy Policy

MivoLens ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, and the choices available to you when you use the MivoLens mobile application.

By using MivoLens, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User Content

MivoLens allows you to submit photos, videos, text prompts, and related task parameters for AI-powered creative features. Uploaded photos and videos may contain your face or the faces of other people.

We process this content only to provide the feature you request, such as AI image generation, image transformation, video generation, or related creative effects. MivoLens does not perform biometric identification or facial recognition.

1.2 Face Data

When you use an AI feature that accepts photos or videos, MivoLens may process images that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:

• Collection: We collect images that you upload or select that may contain your face or the face of another individual, together with related prompts and technical task parameters needed to perform the feature you request.
• Use: Face data is used exclusively to create the AI result you request. We do not use face data for identity verification, facial recognition, biometric identification, profiling, or advertising targeting.
• Disclosure: Face-containing images and related task data are processed only on infrastructure we control and on servers operated by our development team. We do not disclose face data to data brokers or external AI providers.
• Sharing: We do not sell or share face data, images containing faces, prompts, or other user-generated content with any third-party AI service.
• Storage: Face data may be stored temporarily on your device and on infrastructure we control while your requested result is generated and delivered. We do not store face data on or transmit face data to third-party AI platforms.
• Retention: Source images that may contain face data are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing is completed. You may request deletion at any time; we will process deletion requests within 30 days as described in Section 6.

Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are explained in this Section and in Sections 4, 5, and 6.

1.3 Device and Technical Information

We may collect limited technical information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, network information, diagnostic information, and device or installation identifiers. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve MivoLens.

1.4 Analytics and Attribution Data

We may collect limited usage, performance, and attribution data, such as feature interactions, session events, crash information, and campaign attribution. We use this information to understand app performance, measure marketing results, and improve the user experience.

1.5 Account and Transaction Information

Depending on how you use MivoLens, we may process account identifiers, authentication information, subscription status, credit balances, purchase records, and payment-related transaction information. Payment card details are handled by the applicable payment provider and are not stored by MivoLens.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected through MivoLens for the following purposes:

• To provide AI image and video generation and other requested creative features.
• To process uploaded photos, videos, prompts, and task parameters on our own servers.
• To authenticate users, maintain accounts, and provide subscription or credit features.
• To deliver results, maintain task history, and provide customer support.
• To maintain the security, stability, and performance of the App.
• To measure attribution and advertising performance where permitted by your choices.
• To comply with applicable law and respond to valid legal requests.

3. AI Processing and Service Providers

When you submit content for an AI feature, your uploaded media, prompts, technical task parameters, and result-related metadata are processed on infrastructure we control to generate the result you request. User content is not used for identity recognition or unrelated advertising profiling.

We may use non-AI service providers for limited operational functions such as authentication, storage, media delivery, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, or payment processing. These providers do not receive your uploaded photos, videos, prompts, or face data for third-party AI model inference.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos, videos, images containing faces, prompts, face data, or other user-generated content with data brokers or third-party AI providers.

Limited non-content information may be shared with service providers that help us operate MivoLens, such as infrastructure, authentication, analytics, media delivery, support, and payment providers. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their contracted services and are not authorized to use your content for their own AI model training or inference.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Uploaded content and generated results may be stored temporarily on your device and on infrastructure we control so that MivoLens can process tasks, deliver results, and display your task history.

Source photos and videos, including media that may contain face data, are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing is completed. This retention period applies unless a longer period is required by law or needed to investigate a security incident.

We retain only minimal technical logs for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain system stability, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request deletion before the automatic deletion deadline as described in Section 6.

6. Your Rights and Deletion Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, uploaded content, face-containing images, or account-related data, subject to applicable legal and security exceptions.

To request deletion, email us from an address that allows us to verify your request and include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or content. We will process valid deletion requests within 30 days.

Deleting the App from your device may not delete server-side account or task data. Please contact us directly for a deletion request.

7. App Tracking Transparency

MivoLens may use Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework to request permission before accessing the device's advertising identifier (IDFA). If you grant permission, the identifier may be used for advertising attribution and performance measurement.

You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device's system settings. If you do not grant permission, MivoLens will not access the IDFA through the AppTrackingTransparency framework.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, encrypted connections, limited staff access, and monitoring for security events.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continuously review and improve our security practices.

9. Children's Privacy

MivoLens is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of MivoLens after an update means that you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
